If the Enforcer on the server is configured to monitor mode, it won't block requests. Use this property to set the header's key that will be sent on every request when the Doctor App is enabled. The Enforcer, which should be configured with the same key, will act like active-blocking for the specific request even if it's configured as monitor mode. This parameter does not affect WebViews requests.
